Service Description

In conjunction with Endeavour Sports Group 3 hrs on ice instruction, split into 2 x 1.5 hr sessions. 4 groups of 10 players + 4 Goalies Specific work on Skating / Puck Handling / Passing / Shooting 1 hr off ice specific Strength and Conditioning Training
